Deeply bronze-colored mullions were placed on the east, west and north faces, creating a mirror-like effect in the windows, reflecting the surrounding greenery.
We focused on the use of materials

Using the textures of stone and metal, we worked to give the whole building a sense of lightness, a composition that enhances the impact of the greenery.

The plantings used here are designed to blend in with the natural qualities unique to the area. Distinctive maple trees were planted near the entrance for an eye-catching appearance./p>
The green path follows the natural topography, with shrubs, medium and tall trees all working to create a lush, green city center landscape.
By using a soft curve shape, we designed a gradual transition between the paved and green areas.
Tower parking was introduced
to accommodate larger vehicles.
The garage has an elevator for enhanced security. Some areas are equipped with EV charging stations.
